The product is also available for immediate download in the Up At Last account you created at checkout.

I can’t find my download notification email
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding orders@upatlast.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
You can always access your digital purchases in your account.
Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?
To access your digital files from your account:
- Sign in to upatlast.com and go to My Account.
- Go to Downloads.
- Next to the order, Click the file in the Downloads column.
How do I download the file?
Save the file to your device:
- Most files: Click on the download link. Or, right-click on the file and choose Save as.
- PDFs: Click on the download link. Or, right-click on the file and choose Save Link As.
- If asked, choose where you want to save the file, then click Save.
- When the download finishes, confirm it in the download location you selected.
- Click the file name to open it.
How do I open the file?

There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Downloads page, provided the transaction hasn’t been canceled or removed.
Also, when some resources are updated the older file is longer available. For these reasons, we encourage you to download and save the file to your device.

Once you purchase a product, it is available to you for download instantly. It is a digital file. Downloading a file is considered a step in opening it. Once the file is downloaded, we are unable to refund your purchase or accept a return. We can issue a refund or exchange if the file has not been downloaded from our servers, or if we find the file to be defective.
